For many decades it has become obvious,
and medicine comes to understand this now too, that body and mind, or, body and "self", are not separate entities.
Our bodies often express what our mind does not yet grasp.
And – we can work with body symptoms in constellations!
Our body is a system that works together and when everything goes right, we are healthy.
But, when our body creates symptoms of pain, disease, fatigue, or other symptoms, we can look at them in a constellation and, hopefully, get insights that allow us to take appropriate action.
In this workshop, we will work with various body symptoms with participants.
*This is not a substitute for medical treatment,
but it can support a healing process.
The facilitator:
Sakino Mathilde Sternberg (Germany)
Born in Germany, holds a diploma in Clinical Psychology, with over 45 years of experience in various fields of therapy and counseling.
Sakino is specializing in Systemic Family Therapy (Virginia Satir), Trauma Therapy (NARM, SE) and more.
Trained in family and systemic constellation by Bert Hellinger, founder of this method, and others.
